Front of House Floor Staff (Part time or Full time ) – Potential 2IC Role
Location: BASILICO - Albert Park
Hours: Tuesday to Sunday from 3pm + some lunch services on weekends
We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Front of House professional to join our team. This is not just a service role – we need someone who can confidently host, manage, and run the floor to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
We are a busy Italian Restaurant and need staff that have knowledge and expertise in the industry.

- Ability to manage the floor smoothly during busy services

The opportunity:
For the right person, this role has the potential to progress into a Second-in-Charge position, offering more responsibility and leadership within our team.
The role includes:
- Available on weekends and evenings.
- Evening shifts Tuesday–Sunday from 3pm, plus some lunch services
- Leading service and ensuring every guest has a memorable experience
- Supporting the team and management to keep operations running smoothly
