We are looking for a strong and energetic Warehouse Operator to help us transform the way rugs are sold online! This is a casual role based in our Sydney warehouse in South Granville.

About the role
As a Warehouse Operator, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, making sure our customers’ orders are received, packed, and dispatched with care and accuracy. You’ll help us deliver the best experience possible, all while upholding our values of We Care, Be Transparent, FTLA (Fast Test Learn Adapt), Keep It Simple, and Best in Class.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect and store incoming goods correctly and safely.
- Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders with precision and efficiency.
- Process returns and repack resaleable items.
- Operate forklifts, stock pickers and other warehouse equipment (safely and confidently).
- Keep the warehouse tidy, organised and running smoothly.
- Support stock management through regular stock counts and accurate inventory updates.
- Report discrepancies or damage and suggest improvements to workflows and processes.
- Be proactive about safety and contribute to a positive team environment.
Skills and Experience:
- Has warehouse or logistics experience (bonus if you’ve worked in e-commerce!).
- Holds a current forklift license (or is willing to obtain one).
- Is safety-minded and follows procedures to a tee.
- Has great attention to detail and is reliable with time and attendance.
- Communicates clearly, works well with others, and is always up for lending a hand.
- Has a positive, can-do attitude and takes pride in their work.
- Experience in the following is an advantage, however, on the job training will be provided: Gmail, Cin7, Shippit, MS Excel / Google Sheets, Slack
- Able to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive approach to complete tasks and lead initiatives
- Heavy lifting is required; however appropriate training is provided, and where necessary, suitable lifting equipment is used
