DSV Solutions is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Warehouse Operator, Logistics in Kemps Creek.
To support the efficient handling, storage, and delivery of goods within the Contract Logistics division at Kemps Creek. This role combines warehouse duties—such as picking, packing, and inventory handling—with delivery responsibilities to ensure timely and accurate customer service, while maintaining safety and compliance standards.
Your typical day at DSV:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using picking slips and handheld RF devices.
- Operate forklifts (counterbalance and high reach) for stock movement and replenishment.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles as directed by the Supervisor or Warehouse Manager.
- Ensure all inventory movements are recorded accurately in the warehouse system.
- Perform stocktakes and cycle counts with a focus on accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment through daily housekeeping and safety checks.
- Report any damaged goods, incidents, or near misses promptly.
- Deliver goods to customer locations in a timely and professional manner, adhering to all safety and road compliance regulations.
About you:
- Hold a valid Driver’s Licence with a clean record and sound knowledge of road and transport regulations.
- LF Forklift Licence with experience using counterbalance and high reach forklifts.
- Solid background in warehouse operations including picking, packing, stock control, and heavy lifting.
- Proficient with WMS and RF scanners; strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
- Reliable, safety-focused, and adaptable—able to support both driving and warehouse duties as needed.
