What does the job look like?
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day Inbound operations at our Eagle Farm site, working Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM. This includes managing all inbound activities such as receiving, put-away, and supporting with downstream functions including picking, wrapping, load creation, and container processing. The successful candidate will be accountable for optimising labour resources, promoting a strong safety culture, and consistently delivering high service standards in line with BevChain and customer expectations. Key areas:
- Lead and supervise inbound warehouse activities: receipts and put-away.
- Efficiently roster labour to support operational productivity and service delivery.
- Maintain clear communication across teams, shifts, and customer contacts.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures and WHS policies.
- Support with stock counts, consumables, and equipment maintenance
- Record and reconcile payroll, rosters, and timesheets.
- Report daily and weekly KPIs to management
- Support system training, team development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to Linfox standards, policies, and procedures consistently, including the Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) Management system.

We are looking for a driven and capable leader to take ownership of our inbound warehouse operations at Eagle Farm. The successful candidate will be proactive, organised, and committed to delivering operational excellence while fostering a safe and productive team environment. You can demonstrate:
- Have a solid background in warehouse or logistics operations, with a strong understanding of inbound processes such as receiving, put-away, and inventory flow.
- Demonstrated experience in a warehouse leadership role (ideally FMCG or 3PL)
- Strong knowledge of warehouse systems (WMS) and operational processes
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Take a hands-on approach to safety, compliance, and operational improvement—you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed
