- Ensure a high level of employee safety and adherence to safety policies and procedures
- Engage, support and mentor team members to achieve development and performance goals by facilitating annual performance reviews
- Inventory Management, ordering, cycle counting & discrepancy investigations
- Oversee specialist functions including kitting, manufacturing and hose production
- Implementing continuous improvement of production efficiencies, equipment maintenance and processes as well as ensuring product quality standards are adhered to and production targets are being met.
- Dedicated to providing quality customer service
- Planning and scheduling of resources in line with fluctuating workload
- Problem solving to ensure customers receive parts on time and as required
- Supervisor experience within a warehouse environment (desirable)
- Experience leading teams and driving organisational change
- Experience using SAP, Scale or DBS (desirable)
- A dedicated approach to maintaining Safety for yourself and your team
- Strong people skills able to interact, engage and connect with people from all paths of life
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and interpersonal)
- Strong planning and organising skills
