As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of storepersons to deliver outstanding safety, service, and operational performance. You’ll play a key role in driving efficiency, fostering a positive team culture, and ensuring our warehouse operations meet and exceed business expectations.
Housing may be available for the right candidate. We understand the challenges of relocating to a remote location like Port Hedland and are committed to supporting a smooth transition for successful applicants.
Your day-to-day:
- Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff to achieve performance goals
- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, dispatch, and inventory control
- Plan and allocate resources to meet operational targets
- Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency
- Foster a fun, safe, and rewarding work environment
What You’ll Bring:
- Demonstrated leadership experience in warehouse supervision and team management within fast-paced operational settings
- Extensive knowledge of storeperson responsibilities and inventory control processes
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and team-building abilities
- Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills with a proactive, results-oriented mindset
- Forklift license and experience with warehouse machinery
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and Microsoft Excel
