About the opportunity:
The Warranty Supervisor is part of the Arden Homes Maintenance and Warranty team and reports to the Warranty Manager. The key focus of this role is to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained throughout the new home completion, handover and warranty period. More specifically, you will:
- Identify defects or problems proactively and take the necessary actions to rectify or prevent problems in an efficient manner
- Investigating and resolving new home warranty issues for our new homes in the Northwest region in a timely and professional manner and taking responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with people at all levels; including team members, cross functional teams (our construction teams) and external service providers (trades and suppliers)
- Compiling reports and sharing information to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction
- Providing weekly updates and reports to the Construction Managers whilst ensuring all BCC matters are prioritised and resolved effectively
About you
You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values; better together, be accountable, people matter and think bigger. In addition, you will:
- 3+ years’ experience within the Residential Project Home Industry
- Experience in maintenance or warranty role with experience managing service providers and trades
- Demonstrable experience in client management and excellent presentation
- Considerable knowledge of the basic methods, practices, tools, materials and work standards related to the building of residential homes
- The ability to identify defects or problems proactively and take the necessary actions to rectify or prevent problems in an efficient manner
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and planning abilities with a passion for working in a fast-paced environment
- Have full driver’s license and White card
