An exciting position has become available for an experienced and dedicated Wedding and Events Supervisor to join our events team at Babalou in Kingscliff.
This role is a casual position. The applicant must be flexible with their availability and is required to work weekdays, some nights, weekends, and special holiday events.
Reporting directly to the Babalou Sales Manager and Events Coordinator, this role will see you responsible for the successful coordination of all of our Weddings and Events from start to finish.

- You can work independently, yet are a team player
- You are supportive of your fellow team members and ready to help whenever it is needed
- Current valid NSW RSA (essential)
About the role:
- Work closely with the events team to ensure a smooth handover of all weddings and events
- Liaise with the kitchen during service periods to ensure quality service and presentation where required
- Preparing for, setting up, and packing down events, and resetting the room where required
- Host & participate in weekly function meetings with key team members to deliver and brief completed run sheets
- Coordinate and deliver the function from start to finish on the day
- Supervise your team members
