United for Care
$96,757 - $122,515 a year
New South Wales

About Us

At United for Care, we’re more than a disability service provider, we’re a team of people who believe in empowering individuals to live independently and thrive in their communities. We specialise in innovative accommodation models, in-home supports, and personalised care solutions designed around NDIS participants.

Our team is diverse, passionate, and forward-thinking. We’re driven by the belief that every person deserves quality support, delivered with respect and care.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Workforce Planning Analyst who can bring structure, insight, and foresight to our rostering and scheduling operations. This role is critical in making sure our participants get consistent, high-quality care while keeping our workforce efficient, compliant, and future-ready.

If you’ve got a knack for numbers, love solving complex rostering puzzles, and want to make a real impact in healthcare and disability services, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and maintain optimised rosters up to 6 months out, balancing participant needs and staff utilisation
  • Analyse schedules and staffing patterns to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities
  • Partner with Service Delivery teams to ensure rosters align with client needs, staff skills, and compliance requirements
  • Monitor key metrics (labour costs, overtime, utilisation, absenteeism) and prepare reports/dashboards for leaders
  • Model workforce scenarios (e.g., new participants, surge demand, leave coverage) to build resilience
  • Ensure full compliance with NDIS, Fair Work, and rostering standards
  • Act as subject matter expert on workforce analytics, supporting leaders with insights and recommendations

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong background in workforce planning, scheduling, or analytics (healthcare, disability, aged care, or in-home support ideal)
  • Hands-on experience with scheduling systems (Salesforce highly regarded)
  • Strong analytical skills with tools like Excel, Power BI or similar
  • Solid understanding of NDIS service delivery and compliance frameworks
  • Ability to juggle complex rostering requirements across dispersed teams
  • Strong communicator, able to turn data into actionable insights

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Analytics, or Health Administration
  • Experience with demand forecasting and predictive analytics in healthcare
  • Knowledge of awards and IR in the disability/health sector

What You’ll Bring

  • Detail-oriented and compliance-focused mindset
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative, solutions-driven approach
  • Genuine passion for improving outcomes for people with disability

Perks & Benefits

  • Hybrid working – mix of office (Pitt Street) and work from home
  • Salary packaging options to maximise take-home pay
  • Career growth opportunities in a growing, innovative organisation
  • Supportive, collaborative culture where your work makes a visible difference
