  • Collaborate with Case Managers and Youth Workers to develop and implement individual support plans and programs.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and trauma-informed environment, responding appropriately to challenging behaviours and critical situations.
  • Build respectful relationships with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders, including those from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
  • Participate in a 24-hour roster, including sleepover and weekend shifts, and maintain accurate case notes in the client management system.

About You

What we’re looking for:

  • Relevant qualifications or progress toward a Certificate III in Community Services or Youth Work.
  • Experience working with young people and knowledge of the youth homelessness sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively.
  • A commitment to social change and supporting women’s rights.
  • Availability for a 24-hour roster (including sleepover and weekend shifts).
