What your day will look like:
- Assisting lead the Practice Manager with operational excellence
- Overseeing day-to-day practice operations
- Carrying out inductions and in-house training sessions for new staff
- Assist with overseeing and maintaining diary scheduling in collaboration with the Clinical Team (including waitlist management, booking in new clients and rescheduling appointments)
- Solution focused management of clinic operations and doctor queries
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of GP experience.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in managing nursing and administration staff preferred but not essential.
- Proficiency in Medicare, DVA, Work Cover, HICAPS, and Private Health Insurance billings preferred.
- Strong multitasking abilities and effective prioritisation of workflow.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a drive to make a meaningful impact on our patients and practice.
