About your role
We’re looking for a passionate and driven Account Manager to join our Life Sciences ABP and Personal Care team at Ixom. In this newly created role, you’ll be responsible for driving sales growth by delivering exceptional product and service solution to an established portfolio of manufacturing customers within the industry. You’ll own and manage key customer relationships, working closely to understand their needs and deliver tailored outcomes that support business growth.
Reporting to the Sales Manager of Life Sciences ABP, you’ll be part of a team that prides itself on responsive account management and deep customer relationships. Your ability to collaborate with technical teams and leverage Ixom’s broad portfolio of specialist materials will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide responsive Account Management and outstanding customer care
- Identify and act on new growth opportunities to enhance profitability.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to develop new customers, introduce new products, and expand market share.
- Create and execute customer action plans to improve satisfaction and commercial outcomes.
- Capture market intelligence and competitor information
Who are we looking for?
- Proven experience in B2B sales and account management, ideally within the complementary health space.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Demonstrated success in delivering customised solution-based sales strategies.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to challenge the status quo and contribute insights to product and technical teams.
- A technical degree is advantageous but not essential.
