What you’ll bring
- Prior experience in operations or customer service within Life Insurance or Superannuation is preferred.
- Ability to develop deep relationships with stakeholders and deliver great client outcomes
- Proficiency with Excel and analytical skills to make informed decisions.
- A desire to work with clients matched with an understanding of the importance of delivering an exceptional service.
- A growth mindset with a desire to learn and develop.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering quality outcomes
