What You’ll Do
- Lead new and existing client projects from brief to delivery, ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed.
- Manage quotes, proposals, client negotiations, and approvals with commercial and creative insight.
- Liaise daily with our internal design, production, and warehouse teams to deliver seamless results.
- Be hands-on during bump-in and bump-out to ensure real-time issue resolution and client satisfaction.
- Maintain precise data in HubSpot and AroFlo, overseeing project timelines, budgets, and margin performance.
- Collaborate with external suppliers and internal stakeholders across every touchpoint.
✅ What You Bring
- 3+ years in account/project management, ideally in exhibitions, events, fit-out, or creative production.
- Exceptional communication skills and a track record of earning client trust and repeat business.
- Commercial nous – you understand margins, scope, and how to deliver value without compromise.
- Experience using CRM and job costing tools (HubSpot, AroFlo or similar).
- Comfort working under pressure, juggling deadlines, and making judgment calls with limited information.
- Willingness to travel and be on-site during project installations.
