About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts/Administration Assistant to join our team at Pegasus Supply Solutions in our Revesby office. This is a full-time role offering strong prospects for career development and long-term growth within our expanding business.
As Accounts/Administration Assistant at Pegasus, you’ll play an integral role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business, working closely with our Finance, Sales and Operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing accounts payable and receivable
- Issuing invoices and managing debtor follow-ups
- General Office administration duties
- Providing administrative support for finance, sales and operations
About You:
We’re looking for a motivated, reliable candidate who brings:
- 1–3 years’ experience in an accounts/admin or finance-related role
- Proficiency with NetSuite, MYOB, or similar accounting/ERP software
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (Intermediate)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Accounting or finance qualifications (highly regarded)
