Job:
Part-Time Administration Officer (3 Days/Week)
Type: Casual or Part-Time
Availability: Immediate Start
Salford College is seeking a reliable and capable Administration Officer to join our dynamic team in Adelaide. This role suits a mature-minded individual who thrives in structured environments, has an excellent eye for detail, and can confidently manage front-line communication and administrative systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming calls with warmth and professionalism
- Provide high-level administrative support to internal departments
- Maintain and update records, spreadsheets, and documentation
- Assist with enrolments, scheduling, and student communications
- Support general office operations and staff coordination
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years admin experience preferred (preferably in VET domestic funded programs)
- Exceptional Microsoft Office and Excel proficiency
- High attention to detail and task ownership
- Confident phone manner and strong interpersonal skills
- Multiskilling capability
- Familiarity with education or training environments an advantage. Experience in state funded education programs in VET sector will be highly sought.
