About The Role:

Do you have top-notch organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once? If so, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re searching for a hard-working administrator with accountancy experience to join a small, family-owned WA business based near Midland. With over 12 years in the industry, you will be joining a well-established service provider who put honesty and integrity at the forefront of everything they do.

With the option to work school hours, this position is ideal for those who have family commitments or someone returning to the workforce. To be the right candidate, great admin skills, experience in accounts, and top-tier customer service is a must.

The rates for this role are based on the level of administration experience you have.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administration support to the leadership team.
  • Support the growth of the business by putting together new processes where you see fit.
  • Answering and redirecting phone calls, taking notes and messages.
  • Help to run the accounts side of the business, including invoicing and managing creditors.
  • Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable and reconciliations.
  • Speak with external and internal clients.
  • Use software’s such as MYOB and Microsoft Suite.
About You:
  • You will have excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • You’ll have exceptional administration skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at once.
  • You’ll be proficient with MYOB or similar accounting software.
  • You can quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
  • You will have the ability to adapt to a fast-moving work environment.
  • You will have previous experience working in accounts administration.
  • You can work both independently and as part of a team.
  • You will have implemented or improved processes in previous roles.
