You will be the first point of contact for our clients, managing both reception and administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Handling incoming phone calls and managing enquiries professionally
- Greeting clients in a courteous and friendly manner
- Booking appointments and managing the calendar
- Creating and managing client files
- Filing, scanning, photocopying, and collating documents
- Assisting with the preparation of draft applications
- Maintaining accurate client records and updating file notes
About You:
To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience working in a migration agency. We are looking for someone who demonstrates:
