Alchemy Saunas is seeking a confident and reliable Front of House team member to join our crew across our Port Beach and Point Walter venues. This part-time, contracted position is ideal for someone looking for consistent hours (25–30 per week) in a role that values independence, connection, and care.
You’ll be working outdoors by the ocean and river, creating beautiful experiences for our guests - whether it's at sunrise or sunset.

What You’ll Do:
- Host guests and ensure they feel welcomed, supported, and informed
- Manage check-ins, bookings, and basic enquiries
- Maintain a clean, ambient, and safe outdoor environment
- Open or close the venue depending on the shift
- Represent Alchemy Saunas with care and consistency
- Work independently while being backed by a supportive operations team
Shifts & Schedule:
- 4 shifts per week preferred (approx. 25–30 hours), but open to 3–5 shifts for the right person
- A mix of weekday and weekend shifts
- Shifts range from 5 to 8 hours, includes both early morning and evening shifts
- Outdoor shifts across Port Beach and Point Walter locations
- We’re flexible - if you only want mornings or evenings, let us know!
