The Opportunity

As our Analytics & Business Intelligence Manager, you will play a key leadership role in shaping and delivering our data strategy. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will lead a high-performing team focused on unlocking the power of data to drive performance, support operational excellence, and enhance resident care.
This is a full-time, permanent role based at our National Support Office in Bundall. A hybrid working arrangement may be considered for the right candidate.
Our Role
This role is at the heart of Infinite Care’s digital and data transformation journey. You’ll lead enterprise-wide data integration, reporting and visualisation initiatives, self-service BI, and provide trusted insights to stakeholders at all levels. From managing data strategy and governance to developing enterprise Power BI dashboards and scalable data models, your expertise will drive evidence-based decision-making and continuous improvement across the organisation.
- Lead the design and execution of analytics and BI strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities
- Develop and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory and SQL Server
- Design, implement, and optimise enterprise-level data models and data marts to support advanced analytics
- Build and deploy engaging Power BI dashboards tailored to executive, operational, and departmental needs
- Integrate data from multiple internal and external sources, including APIs, databases, SFTP, and cloud storage
- Establish and enforce data governance, lineage, and quality frameworks across the organisation
- Manage and mentor a cross-functional team of analysts, BI developers, and data engineers
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to identify reporting needs and deliver actionable insights
- Lead the development of strategic reporting for senior leadership, supporting compliance and performance measurement
About you
You are a highly analytical and collaborative leader with a strong technical foundation and a passion for turning data into action. You bring deep experience in enterprise analytics, BI, and data integration, ideally within aged care, healthcare, or other regulated service environments. You thrive in dynamic environments and have a proven ability to align data strategy with business needs.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, IT, or a related field
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in data analytics, BI, or data engineering roles
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including team development and performance management
- Proficiency with Azure Data Factory and SQL Server, including T-SQL, stored procedures, and performance tuning
- Strong data modelling skills (e.g., star schema, Data Vault), and experience with modelling tools such as Navicat or Erwin
- Experience integrating data from diverse sources including APIs, SFTP, databases, and cloud platforms
- Advanced Power BI skills, including DAX, Power Query, and deployment via Power BI Service
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, data quality, and governance best practices
- Strong business acumen and the ability to translate data insights into meaningful actions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a collaborative and strategic mindset
