The Global Industrial Channel (GIC) Marketing Planning Leader for ASIA has a significant role in driving business growth and ensuring efficiency. Here are the key responsibilities :
  • Collaboration and Growth:
  • Work with the area GIC Channel team, divisions, and various pillars in the Global Marketing Center (GMC) to drive business growth through channel marketing programs in the ASIA region.
  • Project Leadership
  • Lead projects across different areas to drive harmonization and simplification

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Global Industrial Channel (GIC) Marketing Planning Leader for ASIA you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
  • Leading the Channel Activation Planning process for GIC across all divisions for ASIA and drive the execution of it with the Channel country marketers
  • Implementing X-divisional programs like Cross-Sell
  • Driving the design and the optimization of global Channel Marketing processes for GIC across all the areas to drive harmonization and simplification.
  • Working actively with the other GMC Pillars to bring to life the programs on Time in Full with relevant content for our Channel Partners across the areas in an harmonized look and feel.
  • Collaborating actively with the divisions marketers and the GIC marketers to design X-division Channel marketing programs.
  • Guiding the GIC team on the optimization of the MDF spent for marketing programs
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 10 years of experience in marketing in a business, experince with channel will be preferential
  • Good collaboration skills
  • Experience in driving change
  • Ability to navigate the matrix
  • Comfortable in setting up processes and framework
  • Good communicator
  • Agile and pragmatic
