Following exciting growth plans, we are looking for an Assembler to join our team in Carole Park.
About the role:
As an Assembler, you’ll be an important part of our production team, helping us deliver high-quality products that meet our commitment to Unwavering Excellence. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assembly Operations: Using hand tools and machinery to assemble parts and products according to specifications.
- Technical Interpretation: Reading and following technical documents such as diagrams, blueprints, and schematics.
- Wiring & Component Assembly: Accurately assembling components, including wiring work.
- Documentation & Reporting: Providing written and photographic records of completed work and promptly reporting any discrepancies.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with other team members to complete builds on time and to standard.
- Problem-Solving: Identifying and resolving assembly issues as they arise.
- Workspace Management: Keeping your work area clean, safe, and organised, and maintaining tools in good working order.
- Safety & Compliance: Following all WHS, environmental, and quality procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Hours of Work
- 5.30am – 2.45pm Monday to Thursday
- 5.30am – 11.30am Friday
- Enjoy every second Friday off for a long weekend!
- Flexibility Required: Standard hours apply; however, shifts may occasionally adjust to meet business demands, including stocktake periods.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in an assembly, manufacturing, or mechanical role.
- Mechanically minded with competence in using hand tools and machinery.
- High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents.
- Works well both independently and as part of a team.
- Great communication skills with a collaborative approach.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and quick to learn.
- Adaptable and proactive with a strong focus on safety.
