One of Australia's largest military manufacturing facilities are seeking Trade assistants / assemblers to help assemble various tank and armored fighting vehicle parts!
You will be working in conjunction with other trades such as welders and machine operators to assemble parts used in military tanks and armored fighting vehicles.

- $43.72 per hour with OT! Temp to Perm in 3 to 6 months!

Day shift hours are from 7:30AM until 4:00PM and will be from Monday to Friday.
Job description.
- Working alongside machine operators and welders to create a final product.
- Set up and use of a variety of hand and power tools.
- Involves lots of assembly using nuts and bolts / putting parts together.
- Must have previous experience in fitting / assembly.
- Vehicular assembly experience is highly considered.
- Interpreting and determining appropriate steps in fabrication and assembly from both written plans and an adaptive mindset.
- Conducting regular inspections with regard to safety and functionality of all tools and machinery.

- MUST be experienced in fitting and assembly roles.
- Vehicular assembly experience is highly considered.
- Reliable team player with a great attitude
- Be able to follow safety and OH&S procedures.
- Available Monday-Friday 7:30AM to 4:00PM with the ability to work overtime when required.
