About the Role
- Work in a fast-paced and customer-focused café environment
- Day shifts only with flexible rostering
- Casual, part-time and full-time positions available
- Supervise and train staff.
- Support and uphold systems and procedures.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure the café runs efficiently.
- Meet budget targets.
- Motivate and lead by example.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Handle cash and ensure accurate till management.
- Ensure compliance with OH&S standards.
- Manage stock control.
We look for someone who has:
- Experience in a supervisory/ management position in a similar fast-paced setting.
- Strong communication skills.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- The ability to work well both independently and within a team.
- The ability to effectively manage the day-to-day operations of the café.
