About the Centre:
Located in the heart of the Western Downs, Milestones Dalby is a welcoming and down-to-earth Centre where children aged 0–5 are supported to grow, learn, and thrive at their own pace. Our team of passionate educators genuinely love what they do - and it shows in the care, attention, and encouragement they give to every child.
With bright indoor learning spaces and a spacious outdoor playground, our centre is a place where curiosity is nurtured and little imaginations are free to explore. We serve fresh, nutritious meals made onsite daily, keeping children well-fueled for play, discovery, and connection.
About the Role
- Manage the day to day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
- Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
- Mentor and support the centre/s to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards
About you
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
- Strong experience in a Centre Manager role
- A current Working with Children’s Check
- Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standard
