The Opportunity - About the Role
Assistant Development Manager role based on the Tweed Coast,NSW with occasional travel to Brisbane Head Office. You will work with a team of experienced property professionals that will provide you with mentoring and development to progress your career. Supporting an experienced project team, this diverse and rewarding role will see you develop your skillset in Masterplanned Communities Development.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Team: Ensure projects are scoped, designed, and delivered according to business strategy.
- Financial and Contract Management: Help with financial plans, contract preparation, and securing approvals.
- Planning Approvals: Assist in obtaining necessary planning approvals to ensure project compliance with local regulations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and review engagement plans to drive strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Customer Response: Address customer issues professionally and promptly.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Enable efficiencies by connecting people across functions.
- Risk Management: Implement operational risk procedures and identify compliance issues.
- Project Review: Support end-of-project reviews to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
