We have an opportunity for a Development Manager to join the Master Planned Communities Development team in Qld.

Working within a multi-disciplinary team, the Development Manager role is responsible for leadership in developing and driving the project strategy including formation of the project vision, significant stakeholder relationship management, leadership of the full end to end project delivery plan, with commercial acumen at the forefront. This role is based from our Sunshine Coast office in Baringa.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Oversight: Develop and maintain financial models for both current and prospective projects, ensuring fiscal responsibility.
- Sustainability Leadership: Implement the Residential Sustainability Policy at the project level, promoting environmental stewardship.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain robust working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Project Management: Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring meticulous execution of all phases.
- Market Analysis: Continuously monitor market trends and cultivate strategic relationships.
To be successful in this role you will have the following attributes, qualifications and experience:
- Collaborative Team Member/ Leader: Demonstrated experience in multi-disciplinary teams with a collaborative and adaptive approach.
- Project Management Expertise: Proficiency in project planning, cost management, and risk assessment.
- Development Management Proficiency: Track record in development management, particularly ideally within greenfield residential land or similar sector.
- Stakeholder Management Skills: Exceptional ability to manage and influence stakeholders effectively.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial insight with significant experience in forecasting and financial management.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Focused on utilising customer insights to inform decision-making processes.
- Self-Motivated and Results-Oriented: Driven by results with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
- Educational Qualifications: Degree qualified in a relevant discipline, providing a solid academic foundation
