About the role

Permanent full time opportunity to develop and implement a digital information strategy for Metro North Mental Health.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

Accountable for effective and cost-efficient management of hospital resources and services within and available to Clinical Informatics in collaboration with the Nursing Director, Clinical Governance and Informatics and the Executive Director, MNMH.
Practice collaboratively within the interprofessional health care team to promote the safety, security and personal integrity of individuals and groups.
Participate in and manage the performance and development planning of self and staff reporting to the position.
Integrate organisational policies and guidelines with professional standards by maintaining a current knowledge and participating in relevant policy review.
Provide expert advice and contribute to nursing and midwifery leadership, including high level communication and interpersonal skills, to establish and enhance professional working relationships to improve Information Systems and support the organisational digital transformation strategy.
