You will participate in a high performing team and provide administrative and business support within the Healthcare Improvement Unit. You will undertake a range of administrative and business activities including creating purchase orders, booking travel and supporting Human Resource activities. You will effectively communicate with relevant stakeholders and research and provide advice on a range of administrative and business processes. Furthermore, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of administration and business processes.
About you
We are searching for someone who has:
Effective interpersonal, written and oral skills, incorporating the ability to liaise effectively
organisational skills with an ability to be self-motivated, work effectively and collaborate within a team environment to deliver high quality work
the ability to utilise discretion in the absence of decision makers, meet deadlines and establish work priorities
administrative support skills and experience of a high standard including knowledge or the ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of the information systems relevant to the business such as Microsoft products, S/4HANA, ExpenseMe PRO or similar system
