About the Hotel - W Melbourne

About the Venues - LOLLO
Lollo is our Italian Restaurant responsible for serving our remixed luxury buffet breakfast, along with a la carte lunch and dinner, while Bar Lollo services Italian Spuntini (small bites). We service our in-house W guests and the local corporate and Melbourne CBD community.

A Glance at What You Will Do
- Support venue leadership with day-to-day supervision and ensure smooth service across all shifts
- Assist with menu planning, uphold sanitation and safety standards, and step in to support the floor team during peak periods
- Drive guest satisfaction and team engagement, ensuring every experience is memorable
- Identify and deliver training and development opportunities for the team
- Lead pre-service briefings and team communication, ensuring clear direction and motivation
- Oversee staffing levels, balancing operational needs, guest experience, and financial goals
