Overview

About the Role
The Associate Producer plays a crucial supporting role in managing brand experiences and deliverables, including live consumer activations, events, digital experiences, and conferences. In this role, you confidently step up to ensure the success of client projects, guided by a Snr Producer or Executive Producer. Your proactive "can do" attitude naturally inspires others to deliver exceptional results. You celebrate team and client successes with genuine enthusiasm and thrive on challenges, continuously pushing creative boundaries.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic and Creative Leadership:
  • Assist in developing timelines, budgets, and project strategies.
  • Provide creative input and manage end-to-end project documentation and execution.
Client and Stakeholder Management:
  • Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and relationship management during the execution phase
  • Coordinate with senior leadership, clients, and the Mars United team, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
Team and Project Management:
  • Lead small teams and mentor project coordinators.
  • Source, brief, and manage suppliers, coordinating logistics, venues, and materials.
  • Ensure the successful on-site execution and post-event evaluation, including budget reconciliation in collaboration with the accounts team.
Operational Excellence:
  • Maintain high attention to detail and adhere to Mars United processes and execution standards.
  • Compile contact reports, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Professional Development:
  • Drive continual improvement and seek feedback for growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and enhance problem-solving and creative skills.

KPI’s:
  • Lead small teams effectively and build strong communication skills.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and creative thinking.
  • Ensure profitability and efficient process adherence on projects.
  • Champion Mars United values and commit to professional development.

Core Skills:
  • 2 - 5 years experience in experiential marketing and project management, focusing on activations and sampling.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from conception to completion.
  • Capable of guiding and inspiring teams effectively.
  • Skills in organizing and planning with acute attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging clients and
  • Proficiency in managing budgets and resource allocation.
  • Innovative thinker with strong problem-solving skills, able to resolve issues quickly.
  • Skilled in building relationships and negotiating with clients and partners.

Your Progression Path:
As you develop in this role, you will demonstrate the ability to lead multiple campaign types, handle a larger and more complex portfolio, and independently manage full end-to-end projects of a larger scale. You will contribute to broader team strategy and elevate our activation and production output across the agency.
