We are a Marketing Agency specialising in being the BRIDGE between our clients in Australia and China and their target market. We have been operating since 2019 providing advertising and marketing services such as social media marketing, SEO optimisation, and video advertising schemes. We are one of the top 10 agencies of Google China and was awarded the best new agency in December 2024.
At BRIDGE Marketing, we make visual contents in house to strengthen our clients marketing and advertising of their products and services across Western and Asian cultures. We are looking to hire a Video Producer to join us as part of our in-house team. The successful candidate will be required to produce videos for the purpose of marketing and advertising for our clients’ products and services from China to Australia and vice versa.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities
As the Video Producer, your role will include but not limited to the following:
- Developing video projects for the purpose of social media and advertising
- Planning, managing, and scheduling video productions
- Estimating video production costs and logistics
- Ensuring video project completions by working with technical and creative team
- Conducting on site filming
- Adjusting on site lighting and audio where necessary
- Conducting postproduction processes (video editing, visual effects, and sound editing)
- Working with clients to review and adjust video contents
- Working with clients to prepare narrative and storyboard if necessary
- Managing and sourcing production resources
- Securing filming locations and permits
- Conducting video reviews before finalising video projects
Skills and Experience:
- At least 3 years of Work Experience as a Video Producer
- At least a Bachelor degree
- Fluent in Mandarin & English (preferred)
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication, multitasking and problem-solving skills
- A team player
- Motivated and discipline
- Great attention to detail
- Works well under pressure
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
