The Opportunity
The B2B Marketing Coordinator is a dynamic, hands-on role that strengthens our presence within the veterinary profession. You’ll bring AEA’s story to life through targeted campaigns, professional content, social media, email marketing, industry events, and PR opportunities.
From producing engaging content that speaks to veterinary professionals, to delivering brand-building initiatives that position AEA as a leader in emergency and critical care, you’ll help connect our organisation with the industry colleagues, partners, and future team members who share our commitment to better patient outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Digital Campaigns & Lead Generation – Plan, manage, and optimise Meta ad campaigns to reach and engage veterinary professionals.
Content Creation & Publishing – Write blogs, job ads, case studies, and professional updates. Collaborate with our veterinary teams to create stories, testimonials, and branded visuals that highlight our expertise and collaborative care.
Social Media & Email Marketing – Manage and schedule organic posts across Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Build and send email campaigns and newsletters via ActiveCampaign, testing and refining for optimal engagement.
Industry Events & Engagement – Support AEA’s presence at veterinary expos, CPD events, and university engagement activities.
Brand, Communications & PR Support – Ensure tone and visual consistency across all B2B and recruitment marketing. Support the creation of branded materials, coordinate media opportunities, and develop PR content that elevates AEA’s industry profile.
What You’ll Bring
You’re creative, organised, and passionate about producing content that engages professional audiences. You understand how to tailor messages for veterinary industry peers, and you enjoy balancing strategic planning with hands-on content delivery.
You’ll bring:
- Experience – 2+ years in marketing or communications, with proven skills in digital campaigns, social media management, content creation, and email marketing.
- Tech Skills – Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, email marketing platforms, and WordPress.
- Communication Skills – Strong writing ability, with a knack for professional, brand-aligned storytelling.
- Mindset – Organised, self-motivated, collaborative, and curious — always looking for ways to improve and innovate.
- Bonus – Experience in B2B marketing within the veterinary, healthcare, or professional services sectors.
