SaaS Software for the Steel Building Industry — Onsite in Spring Hill
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis, working onsite at our Spring Hill office. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving high-quality B2B leads and delivering targeted marketing campaigns for our innovative SaaS platform serving the steel building industry.
If you’re fluent in HubSpot Marketing Professional, confident using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and passionate about creating marketing strategies that generate tangible results, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact in a flexible role.
You’ll work directly with our founders and leadership team to execute data-driven, creative marketing initiatives with a strong focus on lead generation, content creation, and campaign optimisation to grow our customer base in this specialised sector.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Meta Advertising (Facebook/Instagram):
- Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns
- Manage budgets, test creative, analyse performance, and scale successful campaigns
HubSpot Marketing Professional (Must-Have):
- Design and implement automated workflows, pipelines, and nurturing sequences
- Create and optimise forms, landing pages, campaign automation, and CRM dashboards
- Use HubSpot data for tracking, reporting, and refining lead generation efforts
Lead Generation via LinkedIn:
- Research, identify, and qualify high-value B2B leads in the steel building industry
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to engage with target audiences and decision-makers
- Collaborate with sales teams to maintain a healthy, conversion-ready pipeline
SEO (Search Engine Optimisation):
- Conduct SEO audits and implement on-page and technical improvements
- Manage keyword strategy, backlinks, and organic performance tracking
Content Creation:
- Develop compelling short-form content for ads and social media (Reels, videos, photos, branded graphics)
- Capture and edit mobile-first video content
- Ensure messaging is consistent and brand-aligned across all platforms
Bonus: Google Advertising:
- Google Ads experience (Search, YouTube) is desirable but not essential
Who You Are
- 2+ years’ experience in a multi-channel digital marketing role
- Proficient in HubSpot Marketing Professional, including workflow automation
- Strong experience with Meta Business Suite for ad creation, optimisation, and tracking
- Skilled in LinkedIn Sales Navigator for B2B prospecting and lead generation
- Experienced in SEO best practices and implementation
- Confident in creating and editing engaging short-form content
- Data-driven, proactive, and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities
- Permanent resident status
