About You
You will be responsible for making highest quality sourdough bread and pastry products from daily production orders in accordance with recipes.
As Baker you will ideally have a minimum of one to three years experience working with dough and pastry techniques - mixing, moulding, shaping and or oven work.
As Baker you are qualified and will have been trained in accordance with HACCP guidelines for clean, hygienic and safe baking and use of machinery.
Alternatively you are an Apprentice Baker or Bakers Assistant wanting to complete qualification or seeking an on the job mentoring and training program.
· You possess good numeracy, positive attitude, ability to be a team player as well as be able to perform repetitive tasks quickly.
· Skills and experience in other areas of baking highly regarded.
