Tasks & responsibilities
- Able to support head baker to maintain and developing products
- Working with other departments to develop products or refine existing ones
- Maintain quality, standards, safety, and presentation of the product
- Knowledge and experience of Viennoiserie pastry production
- Positive attitude and motivation to grow and develop skills
- Follow all safety and organisational standards to maintain a healthy and safe environment
- Proven attention to detail, time management & organisation skills are essential
