About the Role
We’re on the hunt for friendly, capable hospitality all-rounders to join the front-of-house team at the Imperial Hotel in Quilpie — a well-loved local pub in outback Queensland. You’ll be working behind the bar, serving meals in the bistro, handling TAB/Keno, and making our patrons feel welcome.
BAR & BISTRO STAFF
Your Duties:
- Serve drinks and meals in the bar and dining areas
- Operate tills, Eftpos, and manage TAB/Keno terminals
- Clear tables and maintain a clean work environment
- Provide great customer service to locals and travellers
- Work as part of a small, supportive team
We’re Looking For:
- Experience in bar, bistro, or pub service
- TAB & Keno operation experience (preferred)
- RSA (mandatory), RSG (preferred)
- A friendly attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Reliable, honest and good under pressure
