Our beloved bar manager Hector Zamora is unfortunately leaving us in a few weeks, heading to greener pastures up north.
Over the last 18 months, Hector has built up an enviable list of cocktails, both alcoholic and not, and it’s with a heavy heart that that we have to look for someone to step into his shoes.
The right candidate will bring their own flair and creativity as well as a comprehensive understanding of COGS, ordering and forecasting.
The position will be casual to start, around 30-35 hours per week, with full-time definitely on the table.
