Equipment Servies Team Overview

Equipment Service (EQS) is responsible for the end-to-end management of CCEP’s fleet of beverage equipment across Australia.

The Opportunity

  • Location: VIC
  • Office: Moorrabbin
  • Permanent
  • Full time
  • Work Roster – 40 Hours, Mon-Fri
  • No weekend work, no on call work
  • Start and finish time - flexible but early morning starts preferred
  • Travel – overnight or regional - 1 or 2 nights per month

About the Role

Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, you will lead our Quality Calibration initiatives throughout McDonalds sites across Victoria. Key responsibilities will see you providing Quality Calibration services to McDonalds restaurants on a day-to-day basis, implementing McDonalds projects, providing feedback on quality issues, data integrity and any invoicing with relation to their equipment and quality results. This exciting role requires a candidate with a passion for customer service, willingness to develop a strong knowledge of cold drink equipment and a high attention to accuracy.

  • Quality - Providing quality service by ensuring equipment is repaired on the first visit. Adhering to standard processes and correct use of IT tools.

About You

We are looking for the following skills and experience

  • Confident communication abilities with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Agile in ways of working and being able to prioritise multiple initiatives / resources.
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement.
  • Electrical – minimum Cert 2
  • Beverage (Postmix & Frozen) dispenser knowledge preferred but not essential
