As a full-time Bookkeeper/Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our operations. This is an on-site, office-based position where you'll contribute to both our financial health and daily office efficiency in a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Reconcile bank accounts, prepare and manage payments, prepare financial reports, and handle payroll for a team of less than 10 employees.
- Office Administration: Provide essential administrative support, including managing customer enquiries, overseeing inventory, and assisting with general purchasing.
- Purchasing and Stock Management: Assist in the streamlining of purchase orders and stock receiving systems.
Software Expertise is Essential:
You must have extensive experience with Xero and Cin7 Core (formerly "Dear Systems") for accounting and inventory management. A high level of competency with Google Workspace is also essential to our daily business operations.
Ideal candidates will bring to the table:

- Proven experience with Xero, Cin7 Core, and Google Workspace.
