How Good does this role sound? So Good!
Under the leadership of the UP&GO Brand Manager or So Good Senior Brand Manager, you will be involved in developing and executing marketing initiatives to achieve the financial objectives for one of these iconic and fast-paced Australian brands. At a detailed level, you will contribute to the achievement of those objectives through:
Project Management – delivering on time and meeting key brand objectives.
Planning – assist with preparing annual marketing plans included preparation of the product and event marketing calendar.
Sales and Market Share Achievement – working with the UP&GO or So Good team to achieve our commercial objectives.
Financial Management – support the team to achieve brand budget.
Operational Plan – supporting the UP&GO or So Good team with best-in-class executions across the full marketing mix, including new product development and packaging projects and go-to-market execution, alongside management of our brand presence via the website, social media and merchandise store to drive brand love.
Communications Management – monitor and evaluate advertising and promotional activities and develop positive relationships with external suppliers. Monitor and report on brand performance tracking.
Contributing to team culture – demonstrating a collaborative, agile and constructive approach to working with team members across the total business
About you
Degree qualified in Marketing or Commerce or willingness to work towards a qualification.
2+ years Marketing or related field experience preferably in FMCG
Experience with consumer research and how to effectively use the data.
The ability to utilise creative thinking and apply to marketing/business situations.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite of Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with Nielsen is highly desirable.
Enthusiastic self-starter
Action-oriented, detail focussed and highly efficient in quality and quantity of output
Highly collaborative with experience driving cross function team outcomes.
