Our core services include plastering, painting, and carpentry work across strata, community, and insurance-related projects throughout Victoria.
The Opportunity:
Due to continued business growth, we are seeking a Building & Restoration Supervisor to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will supervise, and coordinate plastering, painting, and carpentry works across a range of restoration and building sites.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee daily site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard
· Coordinate subcontractors and trades (plastering, painting, carpentry)
· Maintain strong relationships with clients, insurance assessors, and project managers
· Ensure compliance with all OH&S requirements and building regulations
· Report progress, issues, and completion to the Project Manager
What We’re Looking For:
· Diploma or higher-level relevant qualification
· Previous experience supervising building trades, particularly in restoration or insurance work
· Strong understanding of plastering, painting, and carpentry methods and standards
· Excellent communication and leadership skills
· Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
· Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
· Driver’s licence
