About the role:
We’re looking for a hands-on Building Supervisor to join our High Wycombe team. You’ll be based in our production facility, no site travel, supervising the factory build of modular buildings. You’ll work closely with trades and contractors, making sure projects are finished on time, meet safety and quality standards, and stay on budget. If you’ve worked in building, carpentry, or modular construction and you’re good at leading people this could be the role for you.
The key responsibilities of the role are:
- Lead and support your team (including contractors) so jobs get done safely, on time and to a high standard.
- Oversee several builds at different stages, keeping everything moving and problem-solving as needed.
- Plan and organise materials, people, and schedules to keep work flowing smoothly.
- Check quality and safety every day.
- Keep project paperwork and reports up to date.
- Work with other departments to make sure builds run without unnecessary delays.
- Address issues quickly and look for ways to improve how we work.
You’ve got experience in the building industry (modular experience is a bonus) and you know how to run several jobs without dropping the ball. You’re confident leading and motivating a team, well organised, and safety is always front-of-mind. You like getting involved, sorting problems quickly, and making sure builds get done right the first time.
