Job Description
We are seeking a professional and proactive Business Analyst to support the formation of demographic and property market data from internal and external sources, and the delivery of client reports. You will play an integral role in Colliers Healthcare and Retirement Living team which has deep client relationships across Australia, specialising in the seniors accommodation and care sector.
Your analytical skills and data interpretation will assist in development of financial return analysis that delivers intuitive scenarios for client decision making outcomes.

As a member of the team, some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Market research, present analysis/updates to the Advisory team at team meetings or when required.
- Analyse internal and external datasets to support decision-making and external stakeholder reporting.
- Collaborate with business units to gather information and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Drafting and editing of Advisory reports and templates that are accurate, clear and concise.
- Participate in the development and automation of operational reports and dashboards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational data use
- Provide administrative support to the wider team, including arranging meetings, manage calendars and organise functions.
Qualifications
The skills and experience you will bring to this role include:
- 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or Reporting Analyst role, ideally in operational or client-facing environments.
- Proven ability to manage and analyse large, complex datasets from multiple sources.
- Tertiary qualifications in Property, Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related fields is desirable.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Be meticulous in your work with a strong attention to detail and a sound understanding of data governance and quality principles.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
