Your opportunity:
As our valued Business Analyst, you will play a vital role analysing and interpreting security-related data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement across processes and controls. You’ll draw on your data analysis skills to effectively implement change management activities.
You'll make impact by:
- Document current-state (as-is) and future-state (to-be) processes for security operations, governance, and compliance workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Technology Security, IT, and business units to gather, validate, and prioritise business and technical requirements.
- Translate complex cybersecurity and technical concepts into clear, actionable business insights and process documentation.
- Support the development of dashboards, reports, and metrics to monitor transformation progress and security performance.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and walkthroughs to elicit business needs and pain points.
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to align business needs with technical solutions.
- Assist in the design and implementation of process improvements that enhance efficiency, compliance, and risk posture.
- Contribute to change impact assessments and support communication and training efforts related to new processes.
- Maintain detailed documentation and version control of all process artefacts and analysis outputs.
- Drive process improvement by documenting such areas of improvement and initiating discussions and/or by ensuring the proposed solution addresses such areas.
- All other duties as directed by the Company.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in data analysis and visualisation using tools such as Excel, and Power BI.
- Proficiency in business process modelling using BPMN or similar standards (e.g., Visio).
- Familiarity with security tooling (e.g., SIEM, IAM, DLP, vulnerability management platforms) and how they integrate into business processes.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within cybersecurity, technology risk, or IT transformation projects.
- Experience in documenting functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Ideally, you will also have:
- Experience working in agile and hybrid project environments, with knowledge of Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Good understanding of Telco business.
