As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a Business Coordinator to keep operations running seamlessly and support our team across retail, e-commerce, and wholesale.
About the Role
This is a diverse, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll be at the heart of our operations—managing workflows, streamlining communication, and supporting management with key projects and business initiatives. What You’ll Do
- Coordinate day-to-day business operations across multiple departments.
- Provide administrative support, reporting, and project coordination for management.
- Oversee schedules, deadlines, and business processes to ensure efficiency.
- Liaise with suppliers, partners, and internal teams to keep communication clear and on track.
- Assist with e-commerce operations including product updates, stock management, and customer service alignment.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and support business growth initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in business coordination, administration, or a similar role.
- Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel a must).
- Ability to juggle competing priorities and deliver on deadlines.
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, or a product-based industry is highly regarded.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
