Company Description

This role can either be based remotely in Queensland, or in our Sydney office, with the expectation of frequent travel to Queensland to fulfill the requirements of the role.

Job Description

THE ROLE

Join our dynamic sales team to help us nurture and grow our existing and new broker networks and partners. In a nutshell the role is essentially…

● Acquisition of new high value partners through organising and attending industry events and meetups, phone calls and online meetings

● Maintenance of strong existing relationships within your partner network

● Understanding the cost of acquisition of a broker’s business

● Thoroughly qualifying leads and managing broker expectations and then professionally delivering the outcome, whether good or bad

● Building high quality relationships with our internal relationship and credit teams

● Building a strong working knowledge of our product suite and understanding how we compare to our competition

Qualifications

THIS PERSON IS SOMEONE WITH…

● Solid experience in a business development role, in a professional services environment

● Excellent track record of growing and nurturing a network

● Demonstrated business acumen needed to quickly learn and understand a financial product suite

● Curiosity, positivity and drive

● An all-round great relationship builder
