Job Description
Join Shift as an Internal BDM and be responsible for increasing revenue by growing the broker portfolio within the assigned region in an office-based role. You will focus on activating broker accounts over the phone and face to face and generate new commercial loan applications while increasing Shift's broker penetration.
Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience working a sales/inside sales/internal BDM role, solution-selling to customers
- Ability to drive sales and easily build rapport
- Be a high achiever, self-driven and accountable
- Be strategic in your approach with customers
- Have a proactive attitude, your world is all about the customer and enhancing their experience.

Business Development:
- You'll develop new business opportunities with Shifts existing broker network and smash sales targets through phone-based account management.
- In charge of educating brokers on key product features through a range of media.
- Working closely with your team to get deals executed proficiently and effectively
Market Knowledge & Advisory:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, market conditions, and competitor information impacting Corporate Finance/Commercial Lending.
Target Achievement & Reporting:
- Achieve individual targets and contribute to the overall performance of Shift.
- Prepare and present regular reports on client performance, market conditions, and business development activities.
- Use CRM systems and other tools to track client interactions and progress toward business goals.
