We work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver turnkey automation projects—from design and simulation to installation and training.
Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Business Development Executive to help us grow our business by identifying new opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and expanding our presence in the manufacturing and automation space.
Key Responsibilities
Opportunity Development
- Explore new markets and industries where automation can add value
- Identify potential clients in manufacturing and related sectors
- Research automation trends and recommend potential solutions to pursue
Client Engagement
- Follow up with existing clients in our pipeline and maintain ongoing communication
- Coordinate meetings, gather requirements, and support the technical team in shaping proposals
- Develop strong relationships and assist in converting leads to active projects
Market Research
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify industry shifts
- Track emerging technologies and sectors where The Robot Doctor can provide value
- Support management with data and insights for strategic planning
Marketing & Outreach
- Manage and support email marketing, digital campaigns, and social media outreach
- Draft and distribute campaign content to generate leads
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements
Sales and Performance Goals
- Meet quarterly performance targets aligned with business growth objectives
- Track metrics such as inquiries, follow-ups, and conversion rates
Additional Involvement
- Contribute ideas for product/service development based on client and market feedback
- Attend trade shows, expos, and industry events to network and promote our solutions
- Support internal planning by identifying operational gaps and improvement areas
What We’re Looking For
- A passionate and self-motivated individual who is eager to make a difference
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong research and analytical capabilities
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Genuine interest in automation, manufacturing, or engineering
- Experience in digital outreach or content marketing is a plus but not essential
