About the role
This call center sales role (Careers Advisor) is responsible for responding to enquiries and acquiring enrolments. Responsibilities include researching, responding to student enquires, selling services and courses and meeting daily, weekly and monthly KPIs and sales targets.
With a base of $61,500 and uncapped commissions, OTE of $120,000 is possible in this role. Hybrid working arrangements are available - work in our Bowen Hills office till you are fully trained, and then split your time between the office and remote work.
About You
We are looking for people who are passionate about both sales and education, who have:
- Previous call-centre sales experience in a fast paced, high volume environment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Self motivated with a strong urge to achieve and exceed targets.
